Welcome to Fresno Dragons

Hi my name is Barbara an I am a private/hobbyist breeder of bearded dragons. I became interested in the Pogona Vitticeps species several years ago. Trying to learn all I could about the bearded dragon, their life cycles, proper husbandry, diet, and illnesses . I took on the breeding of these awesome creature about 5 years ago as part of my self education. I am a private breeder and only breed a choice few babies per year. I wanted to offer my community an alternative source to the pet store bought beardie as well as experience what could become of a beardie when given all the proper things from the time they hatch. I’m driven to help educate people and share my learning’s freely. To anyone seeking more information than what they have been given in a book or by store employees.

What I do is a contribution to the first beardie I ever owned, Rocky. He taught me so much in the time he was with me. He passed away at the estimated ripe old age of 11. At which time I made my best friend (Rocky) the promise I’d do everything in my power to help educate others of his species. Four years later I still volunteer my days to help other beardie owners and beardies.

Rocky still lives on in my heart with all I do daily.
